Tis the Christmas season for games, presents, and mass amounts of delicious foods. Christmas have been my most favorite holiday during the holiday season. Growing fonder memories every year with the people I surround myself with. There a lot of thing that you could do with your loved ones but I want to share with you my most favorite and fun idea for the winter season.

Christmas Lights Watching
Admiring the festive decorations that the community has worked hard to create is one of the most joyous parts of the holiday season. Some houses even offer mini light shows, synchronized to their personal radio stations, adding an extra touch of magic. It’s one of my favorite things to do with friends—watching the bright lights twinkle under the starlit sky.

Ice Skating
Almost annually, my friends and I go to the community ice skating rink during the wintertime to skate around. Were we good at it? No, but the fact that we could laugh at how bad we were was the highlight of the entire thing for the holiday. Whether it would be a date idea or a good hangout, it is the most fun activities to do that everyone should try.

Baking / Gingerbread Building
Baking Christmas treats and building gingerbread houses is a fun and cheap way of spending time with everyone. Baking in the kitchen as a Christmas movie or some holiday music blankets the entire room. Play a little fun game out of it by having a gingerbread competition and see who built the best house.

Christmas Tree Shopping
Fun for mostly the family. Christmas tree shopping or going to a tree farm is a fun way to spend time with your family and come together to pick the best tree to bring home and decorate. At some farms, during the wintertime, they would have a stand where they would sell warm apple cider or hot cocoa.
Whether it would be alone or with your family and friends, to me, these are my most fun ideas to do during the winter season and they were the ones where I had the happiest memories doing them. If you have any fun ideas you have with your friends and families or if you have any traditions that you have for the holidays, please comment below! I love to hear everyone’s happiest memories!
Happy Holidays and Safe Travels!
